MidMichigan Community Health Service’s affiliated with MyMichigan Health is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician for one of their outpatient clinics located in Roscommon, MI. We are a community-driven, patient-focused organization committed to providing accessible, high-quality care across Northern and Central Michigan.

This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope primary care, from preventive services to the management of chronic and acute conditions, all within a supportive, compassionate, and mission-aligned environment.

Position Highlights

• 100% Outpatient practice – no inpatient
• Collaborative, patient-centered clinical model

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $240,000 - $260,000, commensurate with experience
